How to Hard Reset the Htc Sensation T-mobile WARNING: All data will be wiped out, erase, deleted and return the phone back to factory settings. 1. Power Down your HTC sensation by pressing and holding the power button.Then remove the battery. Reinsert it. 2. Press and hold both the VOLUME DOWN key and POWER button until you see the Hboot screen. 3. Scroll with the volume button to Factory Reset. Select and confirm with the power button. 4. Done.   3. I have been here on You Tube 3 days now looking for an answer I guess there is none. My volume keys are issing they do not work. I have asked so many and no answer yet on wht I am to do. The phone goe locks me out first thing then power off's
