Write your server's name, the username and the password Partitions disks - Choose Manual Create new empty partition table on both hard disks Click on both Empty Partitions and choose Automatically partition the free space Choose Configure software RAID Create MD device, choose RAID type, number of devices, choose the 2 devices with same size. Do the same for the swap, follow the same procedure and create RAID 1 array Edit each raid by choosing it. Choose Ext4 for Use as, / for mount point and then Done setting up the partition Choose Swap area for Use as Choose Done setting up the partition Choose Finish partitioning and .... Read carefully the next screen. I choose Yes. You need to think before you choose... check raid details : sudo mdadm --detail /dev/md0 check raid sync status. : sudo cat /proc/mdstat
