Installing Windows 7 on Eee PC

In this video, I demonstrate how to configure the BIOS of an Asus Eee PC 1005HA to boot off of a bootable flash drive containing Windows 7. I have successfully installed Windows 7 Professional x86 (32-bit version) from a bootable flash drive. To make a bootable USB drive with Windows 7 on it, I followed the instructions from this blog: http://kmwoley.com/blog/?p=345 Credit for this process goes to this author.

  5. maybe you can help me i installed it on a bigger drive i installed it 32gb and it installed very finde but after a reboot the system dont boot windows 7 dont know why i changed the bios settings back to the drive but didnt help at all

  16. the easiest way is to take the hard drive out and put it in to your pc

  20. i tried this and i don't have a hard disk area underneath the boot priority area. Could it be cause i formatted the entire drive on my desktop. how can i fix this and reinstall the OS for the Eee PC...Please Help
