  4. Just a follow up - contacting wondershare about the issue with recovering my photo's and videos - they told me that the program won't "do that" - it recovers contacts and messages????? But if I waited a week, a new version would be coming out that would recover photos and videos. I requested a refund three different times - finally received an email stating my refund was being processed and would take 3 to 5 days with a link to check it's progress. Link doesn't work. Will be calling my cc co
  5. What they don't tell you is....you have to BUY the software to recover anything, otherwise you just wasted hours finding your stuff, only to sit there and look at it and not be able to save it. Also......it does not recover everything you want, but it does recover every single thing you ever looked at on your phone. And some stuff that you didn't. And lots of graphics. The photos are thumbnails and the videos can't be played.
  6. I accidentally deleted all my contacts from my phone, googled for help, found, the Dr Fone app and installed it - in some trepidation, I must say! But it worked! All my contacts are back, plus photos I'd forgotten I'd also deleted by accident some time ago, so I'd say that's a success. Now, if only there was a way to restore my calendar... that's all gone off of my phone too!
