A few people are having problems having their Yahoo mail account set up so heres the fastest way to fix the problem. 1. Go to Settings 2. Then select "Mails, Contacts,and Calenders" 3. Add account 4.   8. Why does yahoo tell me it cannot get my mail and I must go to settings to add my password? I have iPad, computer and iPhone 5. The computer is ok. I have added or changed passwords so many times for the other two because it keeps telling me that the password is wrong I don't know what password yahoo is looking for

FIX FOR INCORRECT PASSWORD ISSUE!! :Logon to yahoo mail on a desktop pc   Click on the cogwheel in top right and select account info   Click account security   Click Manage App Passwords   Select IOS Mail   Click Generate   Use the displayed password (without the spaces) as the password for both incoming and outgoing servers on your iphone   Remember to turn SSL on for Incoming (authentication: Password and port 993), and outgoing (authentication: Password and port 465 (587 didn't work for me)   Save all the settings and run the app:-)

  19. I did this but If I delete an email it doesn't update everywhere else. If I log on from my computer it still shows emails unread even if i read them from my phone. Any ideas????
  20. You are fucking genius man. Don't know about others but worked for me. Actually I had problem with my new mac pro (4 days old brand new). Went to apple and sit there for 2 hours and finally they put their hands up and said can't fix it. a simple problem that Apple couldn't fix it, got fixed by watching this. Now seems to be very simple but I had a headache to fix this problem. Anyway... thanks for the help.
