  3. Right so I've had my new iPhone 7+ for less than three weeks and just a few hours ago I was using it and the screen glitches out then just randomly rebooted. Thought nothing of it, yeah it was strange and annoying but i carried on my day. Of course it done it again, and again and again, tried doing the software update on my and when it was halfway through it done the same again, then suddenly it was just on an endless loop of going from Apple logo screen to black screen all the time, tried the volume home and power button trick you said but now nothing is happening to my phone, it's just in a black screen? When I go to turn on the power nothing happends, what should I do?

  8. You only have to hold the power off and volume down buttons.
  9. This also happened to me. 7 plus, brand new. Used it for one hour. Thanks for the advice. Holding all three buttons for 30 seconds finally reset the phone and gave me an option to restore.
  10. I had to do this to my 7 plus. It froze Within the first 2 hours of having it. It's my first iPhone and I didn't have all my stuffed backed up yet. I lost all my contacts and stuff I had moved from my note 7. It was not a good first day with the iPhone.
