  6. i was trying to update to ios 8 and something went wrong and i had to restore my iphone 5.  I had just backed it up on the cloud so i thought it was fine.  but after i restored and then loaded the backup, everything was there, except every single last photo and video.  I made an appointment with a genius and he said the photos were gone bc i didnt have a certain setting on and i didnt have any previous back ups which is bullshit bc the icloud backup setting says it backs up your camera roll even if i didnt have photo stream on it should fucking be there and i also had a backup of it the previous night to when this all happened despite what this low life fucker had to say.  As u can probably tell im pissed off and i really need to know if this or any programs like this work, and if it can get back 1000 or so photos from my situation where they are apparently not on the cloud to my iphone for fucking FREE

  10. my iphone 5 screen was cracked when my toddler threw it.i didn't have backed it up because i don't have time to do it. it took me 3 months before it went to a shop to change the screen or LCD. I/m soo happy because everything was still there but when i updated my software to iOs 7.1.2 evrything became black & just appearing CONNECT TO iTUNES 7 a usb picture.i did what he told then itunes page opened up but then my iphone was not recognized,no name,data,everything..in short it came out as n/a.then itunes asked me to restore my iphone.when it was restored evrything came went to default settings.so started to ask language etc but when it confronted me that my iphone was activated by my previous apple ID problem became worst.when i tried to use my apple ID i forgot my password,attempted hundred times until i gave up.miracle of all miracles, when i disconnected it on my lappie suddenly my password matched then went to next step.again problem came when i want 2 recover my data & my photos..bec i didn't backed it up either on icloud or on my lappie...no choice but to choose START AS A NEW iPHONE.Now i'm disheartened because all of my great memories vanished into thin air. Can i stil recover them???pls help... :'(

  13. My sister updated my iphone 4s from ios 6 to 7. I asked her if i needed to save my things before she made the update, she told me it was not necessary because she updated her ipod 5 and all her data was still there, so I trusted her and let her go along with the update. Once the update was complete i discovered ALL my information was gone...And no I never backed up my files because i have been having alot of trouble with my computer and i never backed up anything, from my laptop or phone. My iphone photos are so important to me that when i found out they had been lost i cried. I need to know if it is possible for me to ever recover them with this or any type of program. please please please let me know. Getting those photos means so much because I have pictures and videos of grandfather who recently passed and it would break my heart if i dont ever recover them.
