  3. How long can i wait.. To recover all my data... Meaning do i have to do it right away and not wait orelse everything will be deleted because i have to get a new usb and wait

I have baby photos im trying to recover. i upgraded my iPhone 5 to iOs8 / got locked out of my phone after x6 failed passcode attempts due to not knowing the pass code changes to what it was from the last backup. now i have been forced to do a full restore of phone which has wiped everything clean of my phone...... is there absolutely and way to recover these photos even tho they havnet been backed up to iTunes or iCloud....?

  8. My sister updated my iphone 4s from ios 6 to 7. I asked her if i needed to save my things before she made the update, she told me it was not necessary because she updated her ipod 5 and all her data was still there, so I trusted her and let her go along with the update. Once the update was complete i discovered ALL my information was gone...And no I never backed up my files because i have been having alot of trouble with my computer and i never backed up anything, from my laptop or phone. My iphone photos are so important to me that when i found out they had been lost i cried. I need to know if it is possible for me to ever recover them with this or any type of program. please please please let me know. Getting those photos means so much because I have pictures and videos of my grandfather who recently passed and it would break my heart if i dont ever recover them.
