  14. Let me say, I have other way to recover photos and videos, I use iskysoft iPhone data recovery as my solution for recover lost data including contacts, messages, photos, call history, whatapp messages, etc.

I backed up my old cell phone data on my PC before I upgraded to an iphone 6 - but I did not consider this when I went to transfer my new pictures to my PC from my new phone - and when I connected my iphone 6 to the laptop - via a usb cable - A "Welcome to your new phone" screen came up and I used the restore from backup option instead of the new phone option. In choosing this option, I THOUGHT I was retrieving my old data and bringing over all the new photos - to the PC - I had taken on my new phone. I inadvertently checked restore from previous backup...which was from quite a few weeks ago.
    It wiped everything out on my new iphone 6 - from the last backup - out & I lost all of the new data and pictures that I had on the new phone. I did not note any warning about losing any new data when I did this. Can I retrieve my new photos? That is what concerns me the most, because they were from my recent vacation. Thanks, Kelley
