This video I'm going to show you how to fix when your iTunes in Windows is not recognizing your iPhone/iPad/iPod. Step 1: Go to "Device Manager" Step 2: Click on "Portable Devices" Step 3: Right click on your device and choose "Update Driver Software" Step 4: Choose "Browse my computer for driver software" Step 5: -For Windows 64-Bit go to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers" -For Windows 32-Bit go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers" Step 6: Next and Close

  17. I waited for 17 minutes on hold for Apple Support and never spoke to a customer service representative at all. While waiting on hold I decided to look on YouTube to see if there was a fix out there while I waited. I came across your tutorial and fixed my missing USB driver in about 3 minutes!!!! TWO THUMBS UP - Thanks for such a simple breakdown of how to update my driver on my Windows 10 PC!!!

  19. i need a link for the drivers because i did the same as you did in my iphone 6 about 2 weeks ago it worked, but i got a new IPhone 7 Plus Jet Black 128 GB but i always get the error message "windows cound not find driver software for your device when i press on the drivers file and press next please help.
