Name : iTunes Doesn't Recognize My Device [SOLVED] Description : Step 1. Plug your iDevice in. Step 2. Go to the Start Menu, and search 'devmgmt.msc'. Step 3. Select 'devmgmt'. Step 4. Click 'Potable Decives' and right click 'Apple iPod' (Device must be plugged in to be available for selection). Step 5. Select 'Browse my computer for driver software' Step 6. A window with a search bar should open. In the search bar, type 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers' Click 'Next'. Step 7. A window should appear telling you that you already have the best driver software. This is because the software is installed after clicking 'browse my computer for driver software', the 'best driver software is installed'. Step 8. If the notice appears saying 'The Apple Mobile Device Service is not started'. Go to the Start Menu and search 'Apple Mobile Device Service' then start it. If this doesn't appear then Open Services and click on Restart on The Apple Mobile Device Service.     my problem is that i have iPhone 4s version 8.4.1 when i plugged it in my pc it didn't show up in itunes or my whole pc actually it doesn't says the device plugged on at all my iphone just charging nothing more so please could you help me ?
