1. I'm already in the business. The concepts of the business are quite practical. The difficulty is navigating state and federal statutes and avoiding UPL (unlicensed practice of law) which can shut down your entire business!! Some states are more 'Deadbeat' friendly than others, with Florida leading the pack. Florida is a haven for debtors. Because it's a geriatric state, laws made to protect the elderly from malicious predators, also inadvertently protect deadbeats with real agendas.
