Lenovo Tablet Frozen will NOT Turn Off- SIM Card Missing Error - IdeaTab A2107; How to Fix it. This "Fix" is unfortunately the only way I could find on how to disconnect the battery from the tablet. Well, there is no way to get to the battery, so the only fix to the problem is to literally wait for the battery to drain. First some background info: On the Lenovo A2107, our problem was first that the kids saw a "SIM Card Missing" error message. This was the first time we saw such an error on this 7" tablet in the month that we had him. Seconds after that message, the Android powered Lenovo tablet froze. The Screen was frozen and the tablet was not responding. We could not even power her down! Power off was not working! So I went hunting for ways to hard reset the Leonovo tablet. None of that worked. So this was the solution. I like the Apple iPad better, but must say this Leonovo is not bad at all, all-in-all!   2. i found out that you can help it an easier way just press the power button and the up volume side for about a minute andit worked. its alot easier but remember to press the power button and the up volume button😉
  3. omg i have a samsung tablet and i turn it on and it just wont put the volume down, unlock with the passcode, or shut down. Te screen says 11:45 pm and its been like that for 3 days and the battery and everything is frozen. and i do not have a sim card and my tablet cannot open

  10. well it happened to me just this morning and so I panicked so I let it just freeze there and used other gadgets and when I come back it worked again
  11. Ours, A3500 Idea Tab have a reset button in the SIM card slot. A small circular hole, stick a paperclip in it, you feel a little button there, hold a few seconds and it turns off. Then manually restart. Yours might have something like that.

  15. oh no, not at all, just open the back cover below the camera you will see a small hole with a white spot, take a pin and press it, it will re-start

  17. for those with samsung palm tab just try power + vol+ &vol - click at once it will stop frozing up and shut down for more like my page shedi the don on facebook
  18. same problem with my tab. If I let my tab drain and recharge it again. Will the apps,music and etc. will be gone?
