  1. my LG G3 is turning on and shutting off continuously until the battery dies. It shuts down just before I would normally see my home screen. I desperately want to recover my pictures if nothing else. is this still possible with your software? what has happened to my phone? its not covered anymore and even If i have to chuck my phone I want help recovering the pictures.     After "analyzing" phone, it says it cannot work on an unrooted phone.
    Waste of time.

  9. i connect my phone and it says to put it in usb debugging mode and i do EXACTLY what it says to do but still wont recognize my phone is in that mode
