  2. I try to use this software but i cant navigate to my folders since my HDD doesn't appear on the Hard Drives Section. It can only appear on unallocated space and physical HDD, i cant access the hdd itself.

I am trying to use this program on a NAS hard drive.  I can see the drives like you are showing at the begining of your video but when I click on a drive icon nothing happens and it does not show the folders and data like yours.  I am using the free version of the program.  I hope you get this message and help. Thanks.
