In this video I explain one possible reason for unsuccessful login to a machine on a workgroup network, followed by a solution and demonstration. There could be many other reasons for unsuccessful login. Incorrect date and time between machines is also another common reason... I know this solution might look obvious, however it seems those who are experienced at configuring windows workgroup also didn't know about this tip because I've yet to come across someone with the same solution as myself. This tutorial is primarily aimed to help home users who are new to network sharing with workgroup. I'm using windows 7 home premium and windows 8 between two PCs. If you have any questions about windows workgroup or homegroup, just ask and I can try and help resolve your issue.   5. If you have a Microsoft user account instead of a local account, you use the email for the username and the password you type should be the one associated with the account.
  6. when i use workroup one computer ask password for the another pc
    one no ask pasword for pc and login without creditionals
    and some time i see my computer this problems you talking

  8. There is no bubble and do I type in the password and username of the computer or the password and username of the computer I am trying to go in?

    From my desktop in my bedroom i can access the living room computer my extra laptop and my Galaxy S7 but when I try and access my Main Laptop I should just let me in but a pop up says Win Security Enter network credentials Never had this on my home group compuers before any help would be great TY for your time and the video

  11. I DONT have a pssword to any of my accounts on different pc's and laptops so l leave the p[assword tab empty ....it says error
