  1. Having 'upgraded' to Sierra and lost functionality of the restart feature under the Apple icon, I mistakenly used disk utility to wipe the entire OS, then reinstalled back to Yosemite. But now all of my files are lost. I know they are still in this computer. Please tell me how to find them. They are mainly documents located in folders, but also saved some ebooks in the ibooks icon. Greatly appreciated.
