  4. The information you give here conflicts with my experience. I've been running a striped RAID (0) since before El Capitan, used it with El Capitan, and now on Sierra. I personally installed the 2 hard drives into my MacBook. No problems.

    But I see that now in Sierra, I can't use the Disk Utility on the striped raid. It appears you can. 2 articles say the same as your site: No RAID in El Capitan, but, like you, they show you can do a RAID on Sierra as well as use Disk Utility to repair. Is there anything you can add that would help me understand?
