This video will show you how you can use the update zip to manually update the Nexus 10 to Android 5.0 lollipop. This is the official OTA update and will not wipe any data. You need to have stock recovery to update.   2. hi thanks for this tutorial!!! I have a problem though, after I go into recovery mode i just get the little android dude on its back with the triangle but it doesn´t say ¨no command¨ anywhere and when I´m on that screen and press pwr +vol down buttons the tablet restarts :/ please help me :)

  10. I got a nexus 10 that's unlock. I received the 5.0 ota update but when I try to install it. It takes me to the twrp screen an I'm lost after that. I need help.

  17. I don't know why but  every time I try to side-load I get the following error.
     E:failed to verify whole file-signature
    E: signature verification failed
    Installation aborted

  20. I did mine using a Macbook Pro and I had to paste the whole file directory in terminal in order for it to work. It took about a minute for my computer to send the file to my tablet, around 4 minutes for the update to install, and 2 minutes and 55 seconds from recovery to pop up saying "Android is upgrading". From recovery to homescreen it took 23 minutes and 5 seconds (yes I timed it lol). Apparently I have 204 apps although that might include system apps too.
