This is for those of you who have still not received their OTA notification and just cannot wait any longer. The OTA can only be flashed through the stock recovery file, so you must have a completely stock device. You should also keep in mind this update will only work if you are coming from Android 4.4.4. If you are using a Sense-based HTC One, check out the guide linked above for instructions on converting it to a GPE variant.
