  18. does the memory card shown as a drive letter (like E:) in Computer? If not, you may go to disk management and then assign a drive letter to memory card. If it is shown as a drive letter but not accessible, you can right click the memory card, and then choose format, then in format settings dialog, check "quick format", then after formatting, open asoftech data recovery again, it should be able to list the memory card.

  20. Would the stupid cows who run this recovery programme actually let me do so. They tell me I have to be the administrator and when I try to fix this I keep getting the same stupid and maddening message. I just want my files back for goodness sake.
