  19. I tried to upgrade windows 8.1 to windows 10. It was installing smoothly but suddenly WiFi was disconnected for a while and it stopped working. Now I cant open it, even i tried the way shown in the video to reset my Lumia 535 but it is not working. Can anyone help?
