  10. @GSM-ABC. Actually you were very thorough in your explanation. After reading everything you wrote my questions were answered. So, before doing the reset, remove my SIM and SD memory card and re-install later. Right? 😁

  15. help me please... I see that works but i have problem with mobile, it just start to reset and in the middle of it , bad smile face shows up on screen and my phone shut down...how can i solve this..please

  20. it would be remove all installed apps from mobile or not??? anyone help me in this regard, my mobile needs update, but it could'nt connect to wifi, or if it connected there is not internet access.
