  6. the video saved my phone after Verizon wanted me to wipe the phone. NOTE: I needed to hit the [volume up]/[power] combination at least a dozen times to get to the reboot screen see 2:06

  10. Hey @ Junky I did this because I was stuck on a reboot loop, but after cleaning out everything, device still wont work. Still on the same loop.

  12. i cant get my phone past the moto android screen...no boot options work from the boot menu...no recovery or anything will work...any suggestions plz???
  13. I was so pissed that this wasn't (or appeared to not be) working. Then I figured out that these things actually still have SIM cards in them. The whole time I had a deactivated SIM card in the phone and could not figure out why the damn number was still showing up. Worse, the people at Verizon didn't even know there was a SIM card in the phone! LOL.
  14. Every time I hold down the Power button and Volume down, then hit recovery. My phone will go to a red motorola and doesn't say anything or do anything.
