Quick informational video on how to do a Alternate Factory Data reset. This is a hard reset that will erase everything on the device and it will be like brand new.   3. when I try to press both volumes and power and do exactly what you told me to do, nothing happens it remains on that screen with the red exclamation mark
  4. it turns on again not resetting am I doing it wrong
  5. after select recovery it's showing no command i try many time your method but actually its a press and hold the Power button then press and release the Volume Up button to display the menu options.
  6. Maybe I'm hitting the buttons wrong or something but I have tried multiple times during the hold both volumes and power step and it doesnt work I tried different combinations and everything please help

  18. Lol i found this moto g everything was working but it has a broken screen.. And i didnt know what to do when i couldn't go to recovery. My point is u saved my life :)
