  7. After i type my S/N and click ok it will pop and say "please check the model name and enter it" even though i obviously did that if im entering in the serial number please help me

  9. When I type in the Model number, which in my case is SM-G925F. It just freezes and doesn't do anything. I've tried being patient and I've reinstalled it quite a lot of times by now.

  14. i did evrything you said and my model number is exactly same so it downloaded and at the end it got after it restarted it self the phone got stuck on the startup
