When I try short cut or open a word doc I get message microsoft word 2010 cannot open.Try again or repair in control panel. To fix this problem, Click Start, Control Panel, locate MS office starter and click change. it takes few seconds to repair. Now you can open word or excel file without any issues.   3. Hi, i installed MS Office several times and when i come to open it scrolling START PROGRAMMES i surprisingly notice that MS OIffice is there but empty i mean no files in there ( word , excell power point ...)
    How could i solve out this problem ..thank you in advance

  5. I did the above, then I got the response " repair not done, you need an internet connection to repair." Quite obviously I have an internet connection or I wouldn't be on You Tube.
