Nabi - Factory Reset (nabi 2 and special editions, 4gb nabi Jr., 16gb XD "A")

FACTORY RESET STEPS for the following nabi tablets: nabi jr 16GB (standard and nick jr) nabi XD 16GB 'B' nabi XD 32GB tablets 1. Press the Volume + Button first, then press the Power Button and hold them both until the system menu appears on the upper left corner of the screen. 2. From the Android screen, press and hold the Volume – Button then the Volume + Button .(Tip: The system menu should appear once you releas both buttons. If it doesn't, try this step again. Ask to see video if needed) 3. Use the Volume – Button to highlight “Wipe Data/Factory Reset,” then press the Power Button to select it. Use the Volume – Button again to highlight “Yes-delete all user data,” then press the Power Button to select it. 4. When the data wipe is complete, “Reboot system now” should be highlighted. Press the Power Button to reboot nabi. It will take about five minutes to reboot nabi. Once the initialization is complete, you will see the nabi™ Welcome screen. Follow the steps to Sign In to your nabi™ account or Sign Up to create a new account. Written steps for the nabi 2 (in the video) 1. Use the Volume – Button to highlight “Recovery Kernel,” then press the Volume + Button to select it. 3. From the Android screen, press and hold the Volume – Button then the Volume + Button .(Note: If you see the android guy with a red exclamation mark above his chest and no system menu on the screen, simply press both volume buttons at the same time and then continue to step 4.) 4. Use the Volume – Button to highlight “Wipe Data/Factory Reset,” then press the Power Button to select it. Use the Volume – Button again to highlight “Yes-delete all user data,” then press the Power Button to select it. 5. When the data wipe is complete, “Reboot system now” should be highlighted. Press the Power Button to reboot nabi. It will take about five minutes to reboot nabi. Once the initialization is complete, you will see the nabi™ Welcome screen.   2. Mine got stuck at the very end... it says erasing with the green guy in the middle of the screen and on the bottom corner it says wiping data... formatting /data...
    that's it, that's how it's been for a while now!
