Nextbook Flexx 11 Windows Tablet / Laptop Computer Review - $229 at Walmart

Nextbook computers are sold at Walmart for very reasonable prices. This one is pretty nice for its $229 price. The Flexx 11 comes with an 11.6" detachable IPS display that looks great with no noticeable bleed through. The keyboard base has two USB ports, although it doesn't maintain a strong connection to the tablet when moving it around. And while there is a light on the keyboard, it's not actually backlit. The lights are around the keys, not underneath. Performance is good and on par with other Intel Atom Bay Trail devices. It's not a speed demon but it will perform adequately for basic computing tasks and even a little light gaming with Minecraft and similar games. Battery life is good and should last through most if not all of a workday. My only gripe is with the odd 1 year parts and 90 days labor warranty. Labor alone on a repair might cover the cost of a replacement, but I suppose that's the point. I have a nexbook flex 11.6  2 in 1  tablet that back light around the keys wont go off. when I bought it ,it said to press 2 buttons to light it but now I cant  get the light to stop coming on and off. the problem is when the light comes on you can't type with your pen. I don't like the light at all I would have never bought this if I would have known in was going to have this problem

    2. There is a similar NEXTBOOK Aries 11 same hardware but with Android 5 as OS, can you do a review and compare with FLEX 11 ?

  10. Why would you buy a Disposable laptop? Sure it's 229$ However, don't expect too much. After 1 year of using it, it starts getting slower with some windows updates, IT IS NOT ALSO GOOD for Basic Gaming. The worst thing is i accidentally drop it 24 inches high then the screen cracked and the keyboard doesn't work anymore. Why would you bother to buy a less popular product yes it's cheaper but the quality is fucked up! There are more good brands laptop with a good specs also around 220$ but can last you more but 300$ is much worth it. Oh well, you get what you pay for as always and usual duh...

  15. Piece of crap! Tech support for this machine is almost nonexistent. The most they will do is walk you through a reset of the device.  According to all the different problems I have run across while searching for a solution to my issue, there is a significant chance that you will experience issues with the tablet also. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DEVICE!!!
