I CLICK USE A DEVICE AND EFI USB DEVICE AND THEN IT SAY THIS SYSTEM DOESN'T HAVE ANY BOOT OPTION PLEASE SELECT OTHER BOOT OPTION IN BOOT..........AND THEN IT EFI BOOT DEVICE WINDOW BOOT MANAGER AND WINDOW RECOVERY AND IT DOESN'T HELP PLEASE!

This video completely omits the usb-iso creation. Even worse, the linked utility from the nextbook site (Iso-to-usb) doesn't provide the options needed to create a GPT partition, NOT an MBR partition. This results in the uefi bios on these devices stating something like "device cannot boot from USB" or something to that effect, indicating the device isn't capable, as opposed to the pendrive setup being the cause of the problem. Use Rufus like everybody else for bootable pendrive iso setups.
This video should be pulled, it's useless at best, and detrimental beyond that. -
i've downloaded the iso file twice and made iso to usb for my nxw10qc32g and it keeps telling me some device isn't working and won't even begin to re install windows 8, thus i still have no working camera!!!!

so this update was worthless went thru the whole process & after everything my wifi still doesn't work. It states I need to install a driver for my network. The lady for customer support at Nextbook USA stated this would fix my issue but sadly I'm back where I started I'm about ready to fix it with a hammer!!
