No command recovery solved - Moto g 2014

Note*i am not responsible if something happens to your mobile!! first try this Moto G turn off phone go to (first) boot mode -power and volume down at the same time once there navigate ONLY with volume down select recovery and then press volume up wait for the dead android guy then with that on the screen press volume up and power at the same time several times until it takes you to recovery once there before you do the factory wipe you wipe the partition cache. Then factory wipe. And you are done. NOTE-(remove charging or detach it from pc or laptop while performing this task) Moto X-1. Ensure the device is powered off, and unplugged 2. Press and hold the Volume Down button and Power button (located on the right edge of the device) for approximately 3 seconds then release. 3. From the "Boot Mode Selection Menu" screen, select Recovery. Note: Use the Volume Down button to scroll through the menu options and the Volume Up button to select. 4. From the "No Command" screen (Android figure lying on his back), press and hold the Power button then press and release the Volume Up button to display the menu options. 5. Select "wipe data/factory reset". Note: Use the Volume buttons to highlight and the Power button to select. 6. Select Yes -- delete all user data. Note: Allow several seconds for the factory data reset process to complete. 7. Select reboot system now. 2nd option suggested by the tech buoy For those of you not getting past the dead android, just press power and volume down plus up buttons at the same time! Tried all the steps and nothing... Then i tried doing TWRP mode, when it flashes it says "FAILED(REMOTE FAILURE)...

can someone knows how to fix my phone problem?my phone doesnt have usb debugging and my pinlock doest match thats why i cant use my phone and if i hard reset my phone it cant function coz my volume up key is broken can anybody knows how to fixed my phone?. thanks

There is a problem with my Moto G2. It now started reacting in some other way as it starts itself and then it says erasing and repeatedly doing that. It is so annoying that I can not do anything with it. Find me a solution for this problem. Your solution will be really appreciated!!..
