Nokia 3110c startup/boot problem

Sister's Nokia 3110c stopped working today (it's been acting up for a while though) and it's up to me to fix it, I think it's software problem (sadly can't do much about it now without service tools and factory reset code as can't get to options menu), Nokia service would cost a lot... Anyone got button code for forced factory reset on boot or reset jumper schematics? EDIT: Factory reset didn't work...

  15. i thnk this problem can be solved by flashing the phone using pheonix..if this is not a hardware issue

  17. its working when u remove the battery when the logo appears but best solution is to flash it copy ur files then flash it !!!!!!
