Nokia C3-00 software update

Just 2 days ago Nokia updated software of Nokia c#-00 from v08.63 to v08.71 but there is nothing like that. As we know all settings are reset after installing a software update but when I updated my phone's software there's nothing like that! None of the settings were changed after the software update.   9. To all: there's still no fix for this. Nokia isn't responding to this. They said they've no further support for these old phones....

Excuse me sir, i have a problem, my Nokia C3 went to a complete reset, i don't know what you called about situations like this, but some of the icons went missing like the calculator, the Web Browser and all Applications, Contacts on Phone Vanished.it Happened after i logged in into a WIFI Connection and when i stopped using it, it rebooted and then this happen, Hope you can help me Sir :)

  15. hey my c3, has gone, after turning off and i turn it on. all bookmarks internet,games,music, has dissapear, help me! dude

N now this 8.71- whenever my cell is switched-off(for any reason) quite a good amount of the inbox msgs are deleted on their own, n the nokia suite is stuck to some era, n shows deleted msgs in the suite9which no more exists in my mobile.... So tired with it... nevertheless its only good to break the floor....
  17. Am tired with my Nokia C3-00. Since the time i'v bought it, it had that message issue, the outbox msg use to show in the end of my inbox, in addition to it- most of the pic I clicked from the camera used to save in two copies and if I delete one of the copy then both gets deleted..... lost quite memorable pics cos of this....
