CAN ANYONE HELP ME?!?! I've tried all the solutions, the recovery tool, the updater tool, and the soft and hard resets. Nothing seems to work. This was bricked because I installed the insider preview and I went to install an update and I guess my phone turned off in the process and now it's stuck like this.

1. Yep, if you're installing another version of an OS and you stop halfway through, the recovery tool won't be able to detect what OS you're using. Your best bet is to try and find a copy of windows phone 8.1 and try to install that, or just to get a new phone. :/
2. I had the same problem today! Fixed it by hard ressetting the phone:) give yours a try!
