If you forgot your unlock screen combination follow these steps. Warning! Do this at your own risk! All your phone data (contacts,photos,videos,music,messages,aplications,games,files,) will be lost! Please make backup first if you can! 1.Power off your phone 2.Press power button and after phone vibrates once press volume down until you will see exclamation sign on the screen 3.Press in this order:volume up volume down power volume down 4.Wait until format ends and the phone restarts That's it If you reset your Nokia Lumia and when booting the handset, you simply cannot get past the spinning gears, we have here the solution to fix this problem: http://factory-reset.blogspot.ro/2014/02/fix-for-spinning-gears-issue-on-nokia.html

  9. I tried to hard reset it.. But it didn't work and instead went to the lightning bolt and cog icon. I can turn it on normally (it means i know a solution already to turn it on to my original menu), but i cant hard reset it. And i need to hard reset cause i forgot my password and want to remove it. What do i do guys?????????
