I know I was very frustrated with the reset my phone option on my Windows Phone 8 device (especially the Nokia Lumia 920 AND my 1020) when the device rebooted and you are stuck at the Spinning Gears of Death!   15. i tried to use this on my nokia lumia 520 then i got the red screen i leave it while installing when i came back the phone is off and i cant turn it on...
    i tried charging it theres no respond
    i buy a new battery and a a battery charger after 2hours of waiting i replace the old battery phone to a new one still cant turn it on.
    i tried to connect it to nokia software i got a message ur phone is not supported to windows phone plss help me....
