  6. One point Outlook and
    Internet Explorer will not work.  I tried sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r and
    still did not fixed the problem.  I took the computer back to Staples
    where I bought the computer and the IT technician founded a corrupted file and
    deleted it, then Outlook and Internet Explorer work fine.   My
    question is this, after watching your video, “Repair Windows 10 using Automatic Repair.”  How can
    I get windows to show me a list of files and also show me the corrupted files
    that I should be able to delete them, as the IT technician at Staples did?
  7. that is not easy to do...I tried to download this tool in the USA and it seems almost impossible. I copied the license for the free pack. But, no way to get the software.

  12. How run this tool from a USB pen drive ? If my windows crash, I can´t even access this tool on the desktop, so it becomes useless. I need to make a bootable USB with it.
