  5. With the new OnePlusOne software, bootloader goes to Cyanogen not TWRP. I can't load to the TWRP menu in recovery mode. Has anyone has this happen?
  6. When I reboot into recovery it goes back to stock recovery even though i've installed TWRP :( any ideas?

  8. my device is stuck in fastboot mode after enter ./fastboot oem unlock. Any ideas?
  9. There is a little thing that doesn't work nowadays...once you installed the custom recovery don't type fastboot reboot but reboot the device manually holding down+power. Otherwise the device will always reboot into the stock recovery.

    After putting command adb reboot bootloader, my oneplus one goes into fastboot mode. But when i put fastboot oem unlock, it says waiting and nothing happens... What am i doing wrong?

Hi, I followed all your steps but after installing the custom recovery (openrecovery-twrp-2.8.5.1-bacon.img) when I reboot in Recovery mode I end up in the Cyanogen Recovery Menu (with Apply Update, ...), it does not open twrp recovery menu as shown in you video... Any idea why? Thanks in advance.
