  6. wow..thanxs man thanxs......i have been on behind this for months to find how to access my office tally from my personal laptop from home. i searched every where to to find how to synchronize and share tally data directory folder but i am sure this dropbox idea will be really working. i am going to try this.

This will work fine if both location are not using the same time, if updating  entries from both location at same time " u can see that " conflicted copy xx-xx-xxx "    file created in company folder and there will be few entries missing . any way this is useful if a single person using tally from office and then at home after the office hours.
