  1. Eli I thought you didn't like boot camps? yet you sponsored one? am I missing something? cause this doesn't sound like you.
  2. (clicks bell) Send me all notifications for this channel
  3. "Is the sky falling?" That's the sort of thing you have to ask yourself, in this modern world
  4. Never stop this Eli, love this format.
  5. Really loving the Geeky Sexy News!
  6. Apple quit enterprise services, then years later they are coming back to it. I think they'll do the same with the wireless routers. They may outsource for a while but I doubt airport will disappear.
  7. Hey, Eli, I have been enjoying all your stuff for quite some time now.
  8. Your transitions are smooth, communication and opinion is smooth not rushed. You are relaxed. Very well done seriously. But don't limit yourself with time. Consider leaving yourself some reflection time about 5 to 10 minutes this is where pro news readers sometimes "miss" the viewers expectation. They are interested in "your final opinion" i as a viewer for example is very interested in your point of view, opinion and so on. Looking forward to your next video :)
  9. nice geek talk i like it
  10. This format is like walking into an office only hearing "my computer does not work" with no backstory of what employees experienced the whole week. Everything from exact steps they have done to get the error, down to seemingly unrelated things like frustrating Tuesday afternoon when email got delayed, or random conversation about ISP truck in the area, all contribute to clues without which root cause can often not be discovered.

Now need to fill in the need for long multi-hour format again. Alternatives? Problem with these short news readings is there is no side story and experience-based narration. I can visit these sites on my own as is. Just showing them in 20 minutes even a screen reader can do. Only with side stories, digressions, experience-based reactions, "streaming of conscious" can I truly get value out of news.
  11. The quick synopsis of tech each day is awesome. It gives me something to chat with coworkers about tomorrow and a broader view on the tech industry beyond my own domain. Thanks so much for doing such a great job with this show. I will be watching these every time I receive the notification.
  12. I really like the new structure, Eli. Food for thought, have you ever considered interviewing Wendell from Level1Techs? He has an exceedingly sharp mind and I bet he would make a great addition to your line of interviewees. Thanks again and I look forward to more of this content.
  13. I like the direction that this show is taking now Eli.
  14. Apple's trying harder to push profit margins than drive innovation at this point
  15. Is that a predator, or wifi?
  16. If this is a product then I think you will need a little more branding. Don't know what you call it but the jingle Linus has after a short introduction is a good idea to base off. BTW keep up the good work!
  17. Since the death of Steve jobs... Apple is not the same again
  18. This is a great idea, I like your content but 2 hours is way too long for many of us. This news, on the other hand, will help me and others too keep up with the news in a convenient way, under 30 minutes.
  19. Why is this not a 2 hour show ?
  20. Fuck you Oracle.
