This is the fifth in a series covering live cd's. You may also have heard them referred to as rescue disks or bootable disks. Live cd's are very useful to technicians who are working on a computer that will not boot into Windows, or when they are working on a computer that is so badly infected with viruses that a typical antivirus can't remove them effectively. Live cd's are also great for data recovery, password recovery and resets and diagnostics as well. If this video helped you, please like. Subscribe to receive updates on newly released videos. I would suggest downloading the ISO image, burning it to disk, and playing around with the program to learn it's features and capabilities. If you are having trouble or don't know how to burn an ISO to disk, please see my video on Imgburn. Thank you for watching. Have a great day !!! 1. This would be great, I got it to do almost all of this, it will not move, or copy anything.
  2. Thanks, excellent overview...
  3. I'm sorry, but I don't know why you are having so many problems. Without being there to see everything, it is hard for me to guess what the problem is. If any viewers can help with this question, it would be appreciated. Sorry I couldn't help more.
  4. Great video. I have a new computer preinstalled with windows 8. I reset bios to boot from cd but when I restart computer it doesn't boot goes into my windows 8 OS. So I then installed vmplayer and I have parted magic installed in the player. When I start parted magic I don't see the file manager. Can you help me? I'm trying to access an external drive that has been somehow formatted RAW. Thank you.
