pendrive not detecting

the pendrive is a transcend 16 GB jetflash,a new one the pendrive works on other computers but it wont work on mine i tried using a4 GB pendrive it worked on mine but 16 GB didnt work

1. hi i have trancend  otg pendrive the otg plug is come out is der any way we  can fix it
2. Devendra4d The solution is dat u shud go to ur device manager and den in the usb ports go and uninstall the port in which u hav inserted the pendrive Then remove it and plug it agn Den let the pc install the drivers Den i hope it gets fixed coz mine ws done!!!!
3. u will have to change your usb slot
