it sure didn't work for me after following due process. It still took me to my old system with its plenty issues. my letter L locks my system automatically and the letter b doesn't type. though a reset will solve the problem but it clearly didn't..been a burden to me

THANK YOU! HP and this video gives step by step instructions to erase a hard drive. I called Dell for deleting files from their desktop, and they were just horrible.
