  1. it sure didn't work for me after following due process. It still took me to my old system with its plenty issues. my letter L locks my system automatically and the letter b doesn't type. though a reset will solve the problem but it clearly didn't..been a burden to me
  2. THANK YOU! HP and this video gives step by step instructions to erase a hard drive. I called Dell for deleting files from their desktop, and they were just horrible.

  6. I turned it off during a system update and when I turn it on it appears with the updating screen but it never finishes the update
  7. i have a 9400 in that case design. still works really well being 7 or 8 yr old pc. specs are: phenom x4 2.2ghz, 5gb ddr2 800 ram, 1tb& 640gb(original h.d, running win 7 home premium.
