I am in step 5 (http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01443463) trying to perform a HP system recovery on my HP Pavilion 14 Notebook PC (product #F2D29PA#UUF), but when windows is unable to load and i press F11 repeatedly, nothing happens. I have done all step 4 and hard drive tests including extended and they all pass. What am i doing wrong?

  13. My HP Pavilion 15-p214dx came with windows 8 then auto applied windows 10 a couple months later. And i still have the recovery manager in my files, it didn't disappear, can I still use the HP Recovery Environment?
  14. hello I have a problem ... as I can make the recovery to resume Nomo made ... between a manager and coneso recovery process rescuperacion but 50% of my notebook trailed off process by low battery and when I returned to light only shows me this mensaje..NO FOUND AN OPERATING SYSTEM. ATTEMPT TO DISCONNECT ANY UNIT NOT CONTAIN AN OPERATING SYSTEM.
    PRES.CTRL + ALT + DEL to restart.
    I do that but it shows me the same message. I hope help me thanks.
