Help!  How do I clear my phone data if my phone won't boot up anymore?  Verizon even tried the factory reboot and nothing works.  I have to send my old phone back to insurance and I'm worried there might be some way to restore it with all my data intact.  I am 'assuming' that removing the sim card doesn't remove everything.
