  2. This is the best video on the subject. But was hard to find. Kept putting the words hard drive in search and couldn't find even though I knew I had seen it before. Good thing to have a Favorites folder. There it was :)

  3. At 8:50, what is the "little thing" you plug into the hard drive that makes it "act like an external hard drive?" And what is the wire connection you use between the hard drive and computer? Thanks, man. I really need to do this for my broken macbook.
  4. Quite easy when looking in to video but I think it's job a of a professional and I f I would do it that way I will really ruin something or the other, I would rather prefer Stellar Mac data recovery software for recovering the data
  5. @Poltahgeist Unfortunately not. I enquired at my local mac store and they basically told me to go to a drive savers website as it was cheaper than doing it through them. Although I haven't actually done this as to be honest I can't really afford it. It's basically just screwed :/ Firewire didn't work either

  8. hey buddy ..this si what im looking for,,my mac scrwed up when i upgraded to snow leopard..now i cant get it started and even create image file... where can i buy this connector..can i use pc?..i just need to recover my photos beofre i reformat it
