    OK to program
    Connect USB
    Data cable mines is like you phone but mines the power button is at the top and the back or home are buttons touch screen

  8. Still stuck on red eye loop after all this. Any other suggestions?
  9. I did the Factory Data Reset but still frozen on the start up at red star burst icon.
  10. I get until the android icon and then your suggestion doesnt work. It gets stuck there.
