  2. I was quoted a price on the phone - with no indication that it could be driven even higher. Was told it was a "no-cost" evaluation. Therefore I gave R3 a shot. I felt good about it...until...Stewart Gemmill started calling me and refused to give me the information via email. I knew this was an attempt at driving the price up via scare tactics and he was so incensed that I suggested such a thing that he refused to give me the price and put the phone down on me. Unprofessional. THEN I get an email trying to BILL ME FOR £18 to get my hard drive back! Horribly unprofessional business practices. I do NOT recommend using R3 for anything. Beware!

  5. I just want to express my appreciation of the work done by this company. Initially, there were problems which meant that files did not show up as on the original drive. However, R3 Data Recovery persisted until the problem was overcome and a perfect image was produced. Thank you.

HI Geoff Thanks for the comment, most times we get either 100% or very close it of all the data needing to be recovered, unfortunately the head crash had affected a considerable amount of files, but fortunately the data you needed was not affected. The thing I remember was you really only needed some guidance, technically there was nothing wrong with your device you just had inadvertently deleted your data, we identified the best way to recover the data for your needs and budget.   12. You wouldn't think that there are 'lifesavers' left in businesses anymore, but this is just what you get !!! No nonsense, no jargon - only what they say -data recovery, but I think they sell themselves short as they are humans who truely understand the panic that comes with loosing all files. It was an experience of utter pleasure. They are beyond the 'highly recommened' catagory, not sure what you call that anymore as you don't find businesses like this much these days !!
