A quick demonstration on how to recover files from a drive that has become "RAW", unreadable by Windows operating system. Recovery program is RecoverMyFiles.

  6. This might work if your drive doesn't have a mechanical failure, but if it has then it must be sent out to a data recovery firm at a cost between 400.00 to 1900.00. They do have a 90% recovery rate, and recovery even at this cost is important to some people. I did have a corrupted drive, and this type of recovery worked well with 90% of the files recovered, and cost 79.00.

  8. My retrieved files seem corrupted....ddnt hav space to retrieve everything but the 1's i did won't work. Any thoughts????????
