    All goes good as per your instructions up until i perform the data processing step. In the processing log I get a whole bunch of DAT files for the date not found!
    Can you help me troubleshoot this.

  13. m/c type how to know that ? its not written anywhere on my machine. my machine model is C121ta
  14. when i click on machine setup it is asking password.I suggest all not to purchase this as they don't provide service for this. they just sell.its 3 months+ i didn't get response from them.
